Pom925.com has a no-fuss, no-quibbles returns policy. At pom925.com, you can cancel an order within seven days for a full refund in accordance with European Consumer Law. If your order has already been despatched when we receive your cancellation, we will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund. Unless items are faulty, you return them to us at your own expense. You may exchange unused and unopened items within 7 days for alternative goods.

You may exchange products for any reasons for up to 7 days after purchase if the products are unused and unopened. If you have ordered something by mistake, or decide that you don't want it, you may return it to us at your expense for a replacement within 7 days.
We regret that in compliance with UK Health and Hygiene regulations, we cannot accept the return of earrings.
Non-deliverable and unclaimed orders
If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, customer negligence/absence, or customer providing incorrect shipping information, we will attempt contact via phone and/or email if provided.
If a product is defective, please return it to pom925.com Returns Department. Enclose a full description of the fault and the product's original packaging for a full refund or replacement within 7 days. We are happy to pay the cost of returning faulty items. Please take note that all returned items are checked and will be sent back to you if they are found to be in working order and/or are not defective.
pom925.com are required by European Consumer Protection Law to offer you your money back within 30 days of an order cancellation.
To return an item of jewellery
Enclose a letter giving the reason for the return, seal up the package securely and send it to the address below. Please remember to clearly state contact information – your email, address and phone number.
If you are returning an item because it is defective, or because of a mistake on our part, we will be happy to refund the cost of returning it.
REDUCED items are sold as seen and as such are non-returnable, however if a sale item is faulty we will happily replace or exchange for another item of the same value.
