Placing an Order
To begin your order, follow these steps:
i. Browse to the required designs.
ii. When you've found something you'd like to order, click the image in the main listing to go to the product page.
iii. Enter the quantity required on the RHS of the photo, then click the 'add to bag' button.
Repeat this process to continue ordering iv. To view all items in the basket, click on the 'SHOPPING BAG' button in the middle of the top menu bar.
Whilst in the basket, you can review and ammend any item on your order.
To delete an item from your basket, click the 'remove' button next to the item.
To change the number of items on order, type in the new quantity and click the 'update' quantity button .
v. When you're ready to proceed to the checkout, click the 'proceed to checkout' button and follow the onscreen instructions.
vi. After you've placed your order, we’ll send you an email confirming that it has been received. Once your credit card has been approved, the delivery address verified and the items located, your order will be processed.

Methods of payment
We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit and debit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Solo, Switch, Visa Debit and Visa Electron.
VAT and duty
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and are net of UK sales tax (VAT). The current rate of VAT is 17.5%.
If your order is being sent to a member of the EC, then please ensure we have your VAT number otherwise your invoice will include VAT at 17.5%.
If your order is being dispatched outside of the EC, then your sales tax will be zero. All overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes may be affected by Customs and Excise delays. POM can not be held liable for any local import duties and taxes.
