£6.50 per delivery.All PoM parcels are packed by hand with the utmost care to ensure your designs get to you in perfect condition. We are dedicated to bringing you good old-fashioned high quality service and pride ourselves in handling your orders as quickly as possible.
We usually despatch orders within 2-3 working days, so please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
Occasionally, some items are temporarily out of stock or due for delivery into our offices. We'll contact you if there's going to be a delay.
We use Royal Mail's Recorded or Special Delivery services, which require a signature. If, at the point of delivery, they are unable to find someone to sign for the parcel, they’ll leave a card so that you can arrange to collect the parcel from your local Royal Mail delivery office or arrange another delivery.
Once your order has been despatched, we will email you a tracking number. If you'd like to track your parcel, simply head along to www.royalmail.com, where you can enter the 13-digit tracking number in the Track and Trace box on the front page. Click 'Track it', and the status of your item will be shown.
EC countries
We ship to the EC.
£10 per delivery.
Please supply us with your full VAT number if you have one. If you are not VAT registered we will charge VAT at the current UK rate. Local import duties may also be payable on receipt of your order. Please allow 10-12 working days for delivery.
All other countries
We ship to countries worldwide.
£20 per delivery.
Local import duties may be payable on receipt of your order. Please allow 12-14 working days.
