Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days and often process orders within 24 hours, so you won't have long to wait. If you select 'Express Delivery' when placing your order, we'll make sure your order is processed super quick.
Q: Can I have my order delivered to another address?
A: Yes, you can enter an alternative delivery address at the checkout when you place your order.
Q: What if something I like is out of stock?
A: We do our best to keep good stock levels but sometimes due to very high demand we may sell out of some designs. Although you won't be able to order a design when it's out of stock, we can let you know when it comes back into stock. Just click the 'Email me when in stock' button in the product details page and you'll be kept up to date.
Q: How do I find out about new products and special offers?
A: If you'd like to be the first to know about new arrivals and offers why not join our mailing list? You can unsubscribe at any time if you change your mind.
Q: Can I pay online?
A: Yes, we offer a secure online card payment service and offer a 5% discount for immediate payment
Q: Can I open a PoM credit account?
A: Many of our customers like to make payment when they place their order to take advantage of our immediate payment discount and your first order must be paid pro-forma. However, if you'd prefer to open a POM credit account for future orders you'll need to fill out an account application form. Please contact us to request an application form and we'll send one out to you.
Q: Can I make a change to my order?
A: If you'd like to make an adjustment to your order please call us on 01225 777749, as long as your order hasn't been dispatched yet we'll be able to make changes to it for you.
Q: Can I save my basket
A: Yes, you can. If you log out without completing your order, any items chosen will remain in your shopping bag. However, please be aware that if an item sells out in the meantime your bag will not be updated.
Q: How do I know which jewellery designs are sterling silver and which are silver plated?
A: The main product description will tell you whether an item is sterling silver or plated. As a general rule, any items with product codes beginning with a number such as '01151' or the letter 'C' are plated in silver. All other codes beginning with letters (A0001, EG0046 etc) are sterling silver. If you're unsure, please call us or email and we'll be happy to help.
